In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand—engaging with customers over the phone, providing world-class support, and offering thoughtful, solutions-focused service for our luxury products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer calls with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
  • Provide knowledgeable support for luxury products.
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Collaborate using Slack and GSuite for smooth internal communication.

Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule:
  • $550-$800 per month.
  • Earliest start 9:00 AM/latest end time 8:30 PM EST.

Terms:
  • M-F, weekends off.
  • Permanent Remote.
  • Attendance Bonus.
  • Performance Bonus.
  • 13th Salary (after completing one year).
  • Paid Christmas, NY, Easter Off + 5 Days PTO.
