This is where you'll shine:

  • Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML and CSS, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX designs to enhance user experience across various platforms and devices.
  • Conduct thorough testing of website features to ensure compatibility and optimal performance across different browsers and mobile devices.
  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including special offers, competitions, and surveys, to drive user engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and digital teams to organize and present content effectively, ensuring consistency with campaign objectives.
  • Manage daily website updates and maintenance to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless user experience.
  • Develop high-converting landing pages that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Maintain a consistent standard of quality and attention to detail in all design work.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong time-management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
  • Work independently while maintaining a collaborative approach within a small team environment.

What you'll bring in:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in web design
  • Proficient in HTML, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, and CSS3
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Strong understanding of web standards and user experience (UX)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough content delivery testing
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
