Job description:

  • Translate animation storyboards from Japanese to English.
  • Serve as translator during meetings.
  • Coordinate work schedules and deadlines with TOEI Japan office.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries via Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Answer calls from Japanese telephone lines.
  • Transmit information to designated departments/staff.
  • Assist employees with work-related translations.
  • Prepare and submit translation and production related reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
  • At least JLPT N2 or N3 level.
  • Proficient in English to Japanese translation & vice-versa.
  • Skilled in document translation.
  • Knowledge of at least 500 kanji is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid work setup (office located at Eastwood City, Quezon City).
  • Can start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
