Job Responsibilities:Develop Test Solution for China BU's New Product Introduction. Design hardware components such as Test Boards, probe heads, and sockets.
Create software solutions using Automated Test Equipment (ATE). Define and layout test strategies aligned with product design requirements. Perform characterization, yield analysis, fault testing, and release solutions for manufacturing.
Develop optimized solutions and perform test time reduction activities for new products. Ensure product solutions meet customer standards and requirements before release. Collaborate with designers, product engineers, and reliability teams during design phases.
Mentor junior engineers as needed. Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Engineering degree in EE, ECE, CpE, or CoE.5+ years of experience in test development.
Preferably knowledgeable about ETS testers. Familiarity with hardware design software/tools such as Allegro System Capture is a plus. Knowledge of automotive processes is an advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
