JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the organization in marketing, customer service, and product development. This role contributes to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, manages customer interactions, and assists in gathering insights to support product improvements. The Marketing Associate works collaboratively across departments and maintains a high standard of communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Assists in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Develops and edits content for email campaigns, blog posts, social media, product pages, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
  • Prepares reports on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM platforms.
  • Manages digital assets and maintains up-to-date content across web and social platforms.
  • Supports marketing events, webinars, product launches, and trade show participation.
  • Conducts basic market research to identify industry trends and competitor activity.

Customer Service

  • Responds to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Records customer feedback and identifies trends or recurring issues for internal review.
  • Works closely with support and product teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Contributes to the development of self-service support tools such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitors customer sentiment and escalates potential risks or opportunities to management.
  • Assists in tracking and measuring customer satisfaction metrics.

Product Development

  • Collects and synthesizes customer feedback relevant to product features, usability, and performance.
  • Participates in cross-functional meetings to represent customer insights and marketing perspective.
  • Assists with product testing, usability studies, and beta programs.
  • Supports the creation of internal documentation, feature briefs, and product comparison materials.
  • Collaborates on the development of go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
  • Helps prepare product launch communications, including press releases, product pages, training materials, and email campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledgeable in tools like canva, capcut, photoshop, or other editing tools
  • Creative and hardworking
  • Interpersonal skills
