Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations (opening, preparation, service, and closing).
  • Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and compliance with food safety standards.
  • Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and task delegation.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate stock records (ingredients, supplies, packaging).
  • Conduct daily stock monitoring and implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out).
  • Prevent wastage and spoilage through proper storage and rotation.
  • Manage receiving, checking, and recording of deliveries.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely and cost-efficient procurement.

Financial Management

  • Monitor daily sales and cash collections.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile with actual cash/remittances.
  • Track food costs, labor costs, and overall canteen profitability.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and variance analysis.
  • Implement cost-control measures to maximize margins.

Staff Supervision

  • Train and guide staff on food handling, portioning, and service standards.
  • Conduct performance monitoring and provide corrective feedback.
  • Foster teamwork, discipline, and customer service orientation.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering:
  • Sales and collection summary
  • Inventory movement and discrepancies
  • Expense and cost monitoring
  • Suggestions for operational improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong background in inventory control and finance is required.
  • Experience in food service operations, canteen, or small-scale F&B is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / POS systems / inventory software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
