The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations across domestic and international entities. This role will ensure compliance with local and international regulations, manage intercompany transactions, and provide financial leadership to support sustainable business growth. Also, the Head of Finance will collaborate closely with the executive team to optimize financial processes, manage cash flow, and strengthen internal controls across the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee local and regional accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective intercompany processes and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable tax, audit, and regulatory standards in all jurisdictions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Improve financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure scalability and transparency.
  • Mentor and develop finance teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline; Master's/MBA preferred.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in international financial management, preferably within Southeast Asia.
  • In-depth knowledge of taxation, compliance, and multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • High proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems.
