Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Tosca Automation tools is required.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, concepts, and best practices.
  • Experience in test data management, test environment coordination, and automation feasibility analysis.
  • Proficient in documenting test cases, test results, and defect reports.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and propose effective automation or testing strategies.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately (ASAP).
  • Willing to work flexible hours to support a global or cross-time-zone workforce.
Job Description
  • Ensures that business requirements are testable, and that the format and content of functional design specifications are clear and complete.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of structured testing concepts, methodologies, and automated testing tools.
  • Defines and documents test data and automation maintenance requirements for all testing activities.
  • Develops models of possible future configurations and automation considerations.
  • Documents all defects and issues, and works toward timely resolution.
  • Analyzes test results and provides detailed reports or presentations on testing progress and problem resolution.
  • Supports Test Analysts with technical testing requirements and ensures testing alignment with business goals.
  • Performs test data loads and implements data masking routines as needed.
  • Participates in the review of architecturally significant initiatives to ensure test readiness and maintainability.
  • Collaborates with business teams and developers to identify test environment, test data, and automation requirements.
  • Conducts feasibility studies to analyze cost-benefit trade-offs related to automation implementation.
  • Recommends and facilitates quality improvements in test environments, emphasizing automation opportunities.
  • Coordinates the availability and provisioning of environments and configurations required for system quality assurance, regression, and automation testing.
  • Promotes best practices in test data management, environment management, and test automation across teams.
  • Works flexible hours when necessary to support a global or cross-time-zone workforce.
  • Coaches and mentors junior technical staff to enhance their testing and automation skills.
