The Internal Controls and Process Improvement Manager is responsible for evaluating and enhancing the company's internal controls, processes, and procedures. This role focuses on identifying gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, and providing actionable recommendations to strengthen compliance, support operational effectiveness, and improve overall business performance. The position works closely with various departments to ensure that policies and controls are both effective and aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Experience with one of the Top External Audit Firms is required.
  • Proven experience in internal audit and process review.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience working in an ERP environment.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of company policies, processes, and internal controls.
  • Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance risks, and recommend solutions to address them.
  • Conduct process reviews and analyses to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while improving efficiency.
  • Draft clear, comprehensive reports documenting findings, risks, and proposed improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to implement approved process and control enhancements.
  • Support continuous monitoring and adherence to internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and promote a culture of strong internal controls across the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month

  • Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
