About the role

As an Area Manager (Bataan Area) at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN', you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple bakeshop locations within the Bataan region. This is a full-time role based in Bataan, Central Luzon, and will be a crucial part of ensuring the continued growth and success of our expanding bakeshop network.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the daily operations of multiple bakeshop locations in the Bataan area
  2. Oversee the performance of each bakeshop and implement strategies to drive sales, efficiency and profitability
  3. Provide training, coaching and support to bakeshop managers and team members to ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
  4. Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost controls to optimize bakeshop profitability
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and new initiatives to enhance the customer experience
  6. Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to share best practices and implement company-wide initiatives
  7. Ensure all bakeshops comply with relevant health, safety and quality regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a multi-site management role within the retail or food/hospitality industries
  2. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance across a portfolio of locations
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address performance issues
  4. Excellent leadership and people management abilities to motivate and develop teams
  5. Familiarity with inventory management, procurement, and cost control procedures
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to quality standards
  7. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
