The Accounting Analyst will focus on managing the Accounts Receivable function within residential leasing, ensuring accurate billing and timely collection of payments. This role also supports general accounting activities to maintain precise financial records and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounts receivable operations, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and follow-up on delinquencies.
  2. Reconcile tenant accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  3. Perform general accounting duties such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end financial closing.
  4. Prepare and analyze reports on receivables and overall accounts status.
  5. Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and real estate regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Financial Management
  • At least one (1) year of related work experience
  • Knowledge of basic principles, procedures, and practices of financial records keeping and reporting
  • Knowledgeable in QuickBooks and/or ERP software such SAP, Oracle, NetSuite
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be detail-oriented, systematic, and organized
