About the role

FiberHome Phils., Inc.' is seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our team. As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and improvement of our electrical and electronic products and systems. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Design and develop electrical and electronic components, circuits, and systems to meet product requirements
  • Site Survey
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs meet quality, performance, and safety standards
  • Conduct research, testing, and analysis to optimize product design and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product design and performance
  • Prepare detailed design documentation, technical reports, and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering / Electrical Engineering or any related field
  • Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, Google Earth, Visio, QGIS or any similar tools
  • Knowledgeable in Fiber Optic Design, FTTH (Fiber to the Home), FTTx architechture and Outside plant (OSP) design
  • Familiar with NTC regulations, telco standards and construction protocols
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical and electronic engineering
