Kitchen Staff/Cook

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present Japanese cuisine such as ramen, donburi, tempura, teppanyaki, yakitori, and other traditional dishes.
- Ensure all food items meet restaurant standards for quality, flavor, and presentation.
- Monitor and manage ingredient preparation, portioning, and storage according to freshness and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in developing and improving menus by suggesting new dishes or seasonal specialties.
- Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Follow health, safety, and food handling procedures at all times.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
