Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Artist with a strong passion for textile design and product development. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, including yardage patterns, floral illustrations, geometric and Hawaiian-inspired designs, and other creative outputs. This role requires proficiency in creating seamless repeats for textile printing, as well as product design for t-shirts, labels, swing tags, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop floral, geometric, and Hawaiian-style textile patterns for yardage printing.
  • Create seamless repeat designs suitable for textile production.
  • Use Procreate (iPad), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to execute high-quality designs.
  • Interpret design references and transform them into fully realized, production-ready concepts.
  • Collaborate with the creative and product teams to develop product-related artwork (t-shirts, labels, swing tags, packaging, etc.).
  • Ensure designs meet brand standards and production requirements.
  • Prepare and supply files in correct formats for printers and manufacturers.
  • Stay updated on design trends, textile innovations, and market aesthetics relevant to the brand.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in textile design and pattern creation (portfolio required).
  • Strong artistic ability, particularly in illustration and concept development.
  • Proficient in Procreate, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Skilled in seamless repeat pattern creation for textiles.
  • Excellent eye for color, composition, and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and design.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet Connection : Must be 25 mbps at the least, preferably wired connection with PLDT, Cable connection is fine if it's more than 5mbps. We DO NOT accept plug-in, wi-fi or wimax.
  • Computer/Laptop: The contractor must have a good working computer.
  • Headsets : The Contractor must have a noise cancelling headsets preferably Plantronics Blackwire C320M headsets. Assessment will be done during test calls.
  • Dedicated Home Office - Contractors are required to have a dedicated home office free from noise and distractions.
  • Web Cam - for meeting purposes
  • Must be comfortable in working with Time Doctor/Screenshot Monitor
