Description/information:

  • Create original and appealing t-shirt designs primarily, with occasional marketing materials design.
  • Manage and complete design projects according to an established grading system based on complexity and estimated completion time.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination with the sales staff to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate on the potential design and implementation of AI-based systems to enhance the art department's workflow.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Skilled in Midjourney or similar AI design tools, with openness to integrating AI technologies into creative processes.
  • Experience in apparel design, especially t-shirt graphics and related merchandise
  • Backup systems are required (Noise-cancelling headset, backup computer, backup internet, and backup power supply)
