QUALIFICATIONS:

● Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a degree in business, supply chain, or other relevant fields

● With at least 2 years of related work experience of a related industry of notable size, complexity, and significance.

● Basic understanding of inventory management practices and procedures

● Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

● Proficient in Excel, forecasting software, and data visualization tools.

● Clear communicator, capable of working with cross-functional teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares and analyzes brand group (class) requirements per store level:

● Processing of transfer order for planogram, distribution plan, replenishment, pull out, customer order, sales order.

○ Plano gaps

○ Sold items

○ New collection

○ Stock request

○ GWP, A&P, Outright

2. Execute demand planning standard operating procedures

● Creation of TO based on warehouse submission schedule

● Teams, WhatsApp and Outlook inquiry response to servicing department should be within 48 hours

3. Prepare, analyze, and interpret demand planning reports to make well-informed decisions

● Create weekly and monthly replenishment report and its delivery status in store (PO RR- Allocation – Replenishment)

4. Inventory Management: Manage a healthy inventory and ensure fill-rate compliance

● Store fill rate (100% to 110%) based on sku count

5. May perform other tasks as assigned

● Conduct once a month store visit together with Asst Demand Planning Manager
