  • People experience (customer service experience preferred)
  • Amazing phone presence (people can literally hear you smiling)
  • An understanding of basic computer and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc)
  • Able to handled Spanish calls aspect
  • Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years' college education
  • Previous experience within a Call Center considered an asset
