Job Title: Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk-based audit plans, conducting audits of financial statements, operational processes, and compliances with laws and regulations.
  • Identify and assess potential risks, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze financial and operational data, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present audit reports, communicating findings, recommendations, and audit results to management and/or board of directors.
  • Work closely with regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, continuously enhancing audit skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.

Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in internal auditing, with strong understanding of financial and operational processes.

Certifications: Certified Public Accountant is a plus.
