Job Description

We are seeking an experienced T24 Transact Retail Functional Consultant with in-depth expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA) to join our innovative team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in Temenos T24 core banking, especially in retail banking environments. You will serve as a key liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure the effective delivery and optimization of T24 retail banking modules.

  • Lead the functional delivery of Temenos T24 Transact implementations for retail banking, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA), including setup, configuration, and customization aligned with client requirements.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and map business processes to T24 capabilities through functional workshops.
  • Conduct gap assessments and recommend fit-for-purpose configuration or custom development.
  • Draft and maintain functional design documents and specifications for T24 modules and AA enhancements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless translation of business requirements into system functionality.
  • Organize and deliver end-user training and provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Resolve post-implementation issues and ensure continued operational efficiency.
  • Act as the go-to expert for T24 Retail modules and associated functionalities.
  • Stay informed on Temenos product developments and banking industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience as a T24 Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on Retail Banking.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Temenos T24 Arrangement Architecture (AA).
  • Solid understanding of key retail banking modules such as Deposits, Lending, Accounts, and Payments.
  • Proven experience in product configuration and parameterization within T24.
  • Skilled in conducting business analysis, facilitating workshops, and performing gap-fit assessments.
  • Strong functional documentation and specification writing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with T24 system architecture, integration touchpoints, and APIs.
  • Experience in upgrade and migration projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
