Timekeeping Analyst

What You'll Do

Timekeeping

• Manage and validate employee time and attendance data.
• Process adjustments for overtime, leave, holiday pay, and schedule discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and company standards.
• Generate timekeeping reports to support payroll and management decisions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Support payroll preparation and validation using accurate timekeeping data.
• Assist in the administration of compensation programs and employee benefits.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Background in HR, payroll, or compensation & benefits is an advantage.
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and government-mandated benefits.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with sensitive data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
