Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8–10 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized Project Management certification (preferred).
  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience delivering projects within structured SDLC frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of UAT/SIT processes, defect tracking, and production deployment.
  • Willing to work onsite on first 3 months then hybrid after at ORTIGAS, PASIG
  • Willing to START ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full accountability for end-to-end project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
  • Align with client's SDLC processes across service definition, build, and management.
  • Maintain project plans, status reports, and risk management logs.
  • Manage project resources and vendor relationships; ensure capacity planning and team alignment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and platform leads.
  • Oversee SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and implementation.
  • Ensure all documentation, training, and transitions are delivered on time.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and mandated trainings.
