To execute assigned service requests and assure that job execution and accomplishments results in customer satisfaction and in compliance with company safety standards, meet profitability targets, support and comply with the departments goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the C&C team to execute complex repairs / requirements.
  • To more closely with C&C Service Engineers during site visits, for accurate recommendation.
  • Perform assigned field service jobs and/or according to maintenance schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Manager to ensure fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction and in meeting department's sales targets.
  • Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of man hours and travelling hours into SAP for analysis as and when required.
  • Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment to improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks assigned. This includes making recommendations for parts whenever necessary.
  • Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies.
  • Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to standards and recommend repair and servicing as and when required.
  • Participate in periodic service and safety training as scheduled to ensure constant update of product knowledge as well as to meet industry's EHS statutory requirements in carrying out related field activities.
  • Operate the service vehicle safely and adhere to all driving regulations. When in possession of the company vehicle after work hours, you are expected to be available for emergency service calls as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance of Overhead Cranes/ Gantry Cranes.
  • Expertise on complex EOT controls, (VFD, PLC, soft starter, & Inverter)
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Can drive and with valid driver's license

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
