The position is primarily responsible for regional planning, coordinating and implementing all marketing programs (advertising, marketing promotions and marketing special events) and requirements of Cebuana Lhuillier across all sales channels. The position is also responsible for researching and gathering information to assist the Division in formulating/refining marketing plans and policies to help increasing brand preference, awareness and usage thru the value chain and at point-of-purchase. Being the arm in the regions, the specialist will also ask as the coordinator for activities such as events, Sports and other activities that requires employee participation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Gathers and updates relevant information for each sales channel for efficient and effective marketing program implementation
  2. Updates regional/area operations profile for better marketing decision
  3. Analyzes industrial trends and competitors by tracking new products and market development
  4. Comes up with relevant sales promotions and product communication as needed
  5. Prepares, plans, and implements marketing activities, promos and events
  6. Prepares program budget for the approval of Superior
  7. Handles production of promotional collaterals where contents need to be localized
  8. Prepares marketing programs, for approval of Superior and in coordination with the Regional Head, such as advertising, events, promotions and other marketing requirements when deemed necessary especially for review of marketing program/activity; development of scripts and spiels for radio ads; and design/layout of ads, promo and merchandising materials and other needed graphic artworks
  9. Visits pawnshops to oversee implementation of promotional activities.
  10. Ensures that the quarterly audit reports on marketing materials implemented in the branches are carried out.
  11. Conceptualizes marketing program. Prepares reports on findings and presents to immediate superior.
  12. Regularly consolidates competitors' data, which includes, but not limited to acceptance rate, interest rate, LD, marketing activities, etc.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of any 4 Year College Course on Marketing or Business Management
  2. At least one (1) year work experience in Trade Marketing-related environment
  3. With knowledge on trade marketing, key account management and promotions
