Job Summary:

San Pablo Colleges Medical Center (SPCMC) is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with medical professionals, and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and medical progress.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals for patient treatment plans.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, post-discharge care, and preventive measures.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety protocols.
  • Handle emergency situations efficiently and provide first-line interventions when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
  • Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
