  • Conducts visual leak detection on the surrounding of water mains and immediately repairs the detected leak in all sectors area to reduce non-revenue water.
  • Performs sewer lines and manholes cleaning/de-clogging on schedule zone to prevent clogging and complaints.
  • Provide emergency on-call plumbing support when requires.
  • Performs day to day activities within the set time to achieve customer satisfaction.
