Job Description:
1. Provides administrative support such as daily administration, bills management and other correspondences.
Conduct information survey, routing correspondences, drafting letters or documents; collecting and analyzing information assigned by superior.
Managing the filing system/maintaining/updating documents in either hard or soft copies.
Coordination between internal staff and external parties/service providers if required.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed, including delivery of messages.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Organize offices and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Meeting room reservation and coordinated schedules prior to meetings.
Take comprehensive notes during meetings including distribution of minutes of meetings.
Plan accommodation and ground transportation as required by the service department superior.
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as an executive assistant or in an administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with office management systems and procedures is beneficial.
- Education: College graduate or above
- Proficient in English, Microsoft Office, Google G Suite, good administration skills.
- Language: Mandarin and English will be a plus point.
- Willing to go on a business trip.
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software and comfortable with technology and online communication tools.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected changes, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Pay: Php35, Php60,000.00 per month
