Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Solar Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating solar layouts, electrical and single-line diagram drawings, and conducting yield simulations. This role also involves simulating voltage rise/drop calculations, compiling necessary data for operations and maintenance manuals, and effectively communicating crucial solar information to installers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:Solar Layouts and Electrical Drawings:Generate precise solar layouts using AutoCAD.Create detailed electrical and single-line diagram drawings. Yield Simulation:Perform solar layout and yield simulations using Helioscope and Solaredge Designer tools. Voltage Calculations:Simulate voltage rise/drop calculations using Cable Pro to ensure system efficiency and safety.

Documentation:Compile data and layouts necessary for creating Operations and Maintenance Manuals for contracted projects. Communication:Communicate essential solar information to installers and clients via email. Provide technical support and guidance as required.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD for generating layouts and electrical drawings. Experience with OpenSolar, Helioscope or SolarEdge Designer for yield simulations.

Knowledge of voltage rise/drop calculations using Cable Pro. Strong technical writing skills for compiling operations and maintenance documentation. Excellent communication skills for liaising with installers and clients.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be a willing to work onsite twice a week in San Fernando, Pampanga. Preferred Skills:Professional experience in the solar energy industry.
