We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to join our team as an IT Solutions & AI Development Specialist. The role requires strong foundational IT knowledge, solution development skills, and a forward-looking approach to emerging technologies, particularly AI, machine learning, and large language models. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments, demonstrates critical thinking, and can design, document, and deliver robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end software development, including:

• Gathering and analysing business requirements

• Creating documentation, process flows, and solution architecture plans

• Developing and testing solutions (compilation, debugging, amendment, and deployment readiness)

• Conducting stakeholder education and training on deployed systems

• Managing deployment, maintenance, and technical support post-launch

- Design and build robust and scalable solutions that align with business objectives and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs for efficient system interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Apply CI/CD principles to streamline build, test, and release processes.
- Maintain high standards of software quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
-  Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in AI, LLM-based tools, and cloud-based development environments.

Requirements

Essential Competencies

-      Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirements gathering to maintenance and support.

-      Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure environments, including:

·       Azure DevOps

·       Azure AI Foundry

·       Azure SQL Server (Cloud)

·       MSSQL

·       Visual Studio (C# and ASP.NET)

·       GitHub (agency and integration)

·       Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

·       Power BI

·       Logic Apps

-      Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

-      Proficiency in API design and integration across multiple systems.

-      Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-driven or LLM-based solutions (advantageous).

-      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

-      Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable:

-      Experience using Python for AI, automation, or agency-based applications.

-      Familiarity with agency-based or AI-augmented development environments.

-      Exposure to modern development practices and cloud-based data processing systems.

Work Environment & Expectations
While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role—not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.

This role requires:

• Discipline and commitment to set working hours (strict shift times, not flexible)

• Use of time tracking software during work hours

• Active participation in team and client calls with your camera ON

• Consistent availability and responsiveness throughout your shift

• Treating this as a long-term, full-time job—not a side gig or freelance task

Payroll is processed bi-monthly.

Benefits 1.  ​ Monthly Salary: PHP 65,000
2.   Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3.   You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4.   Probation: 6 months and after Probation
