Key Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight: Supervises all project activities to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Planning & Monitoring: Reviews project proposals and plans, creates construction schedules, monitors progress against the plan, and adjusts as needed.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Regulates jobsite expenses and approves contractor billings and claims.
  • Coordination: Manages and coordinates with contractors, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure efficient progress.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepares project status reports and maintains documentation related to contracts, change orders, and project progress.
  • Quality & Safety: Ensures that construction work and materials comply with specifications and enforces safety procedures and regulations on the job site.
  • Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves issues that arise during the project, often under tight schedules and pressure.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Possesses experience in project leadership, construction management, or a similar role.
  • Leadership: Exhibits strong leadership skills to create a harmonious and productive teamwork environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in reviewing project plans, specifications, and designs.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for coordination meetings and reporting.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
