We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with specialty and expertise in sanitary landfill design and implementation, as well as experience managing and executing government infrastructure projects. We seek for someone who possesses strong technical proficiency in civil engineering fundamentals, project management, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary coordination. You will play a key role in the planning, development, and oversight of environmentally sustainable engineering projects that align with both public sector standards and civil works best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (PRC-licensed)
  • Minimum of 2-3 or above years of experience (If possible: with at least 2 years in landfill or solid waste projects and 3 years in government infrastructure work)
  • Willing to work or be assigned in areas outside of Davao City (e.g. Mindanao & Luzon Projects)
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and civil works codes
  • Project management experience (PMP certification is an advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting and project coordination
