What You'll Do:

  • Handle inbound tech support calls
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software & network concerns
  • Provide step-by-step solutions & escalate when needed
  • Document interactions accurately

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year BPO tech support experience
  • HS Grad (old curriculum), SHS, College Undergrad/Grad
  • Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite (Centris, QC) on night shifts
