System Administration: Maintain, support, and troubleshoot issues for HR platforms.

Data Management: Conduct audits and maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and user access.

User Support & Training: Provide first-line support and conduct training for system users.

System Configuration: Configure workflows, settings, and notifications to align with HR policies.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

System Deployment: Support the implementation of new HR technologies and upgrades.

Internal Promotion: Develop campaigns and content to promote system usage and awareness.

Vendor Management: Coordinate license renewals and manage vendor support.

Compliance: Ensure alignment with internal policies and data privacy laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in systems administration
  • Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools is an advantage
  • Familiarity with data privacy policies (e.g., DPA) and system security best practices
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
