Junior Product Design Associate.

This role is based in our offices in Mandaluyong City and Makati City.

Responsibilities
:

  • Identifies opportunities to develop new products, helps develop new products from initial creation to final distribution and finds solutions to resolve problems.
  • Optimize products throughout the development stages, ensuring it meets or exceeds the company's expectations.
  • Creating the roadmap for products,analyzing the market and coordinating beta testing.
  • Managing product strategy, integrating business plans, providing high-level requirements and releasing products to customers.
  • Submitting proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage.
  • Consult and analyze relevant data from the industry. Collaborate with the Commercial Development team to ensure that the product idea and prices are viable and above competitor product features.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to accomplish the product development on time and with high-quality standards.
  • Determining product specifications, helping creating manuals, packaging, and support material for the marketing and sales teams.

  • Proven working experience as a product developer or in a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, industrial design, or any related field.
