Customer Master Data Coordinator

Hybrid- Ortigas, Pasig City

What is the Job all about?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Master Data (CMD) Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely creation and maintenance of customer master data, in alignment with requests from the Grundfos Sales organization and global data governance standards. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, and contributing to continuous improvements in data quality.

This position reports directly to the Customer Master Data Manager and is based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming requests from Product Units (PUs) for account creation and customer master data maintenance.
  • Follow up with requestors to enhance data accuracy and ensure it meets business requirements
  • Follow up with requestors to enhance data accuracy and ensure it meets business requirements
  • Support local requestors in requesting changes and new account creation
  • Validate content of Request form
  • Verify required attachments and documentation to support data changes
  • Manually maintain customer master data based on validated requests
  • Assign relevant subtasks to stakeholders (e.g., pricing, conditions, extranet) as needed
  • Collaborate with the Global Business Process Owner and CMD Coordinators to improve instructions and documentation materials
  • Raise local exceptions to be documented
  • Raise process issues or improvements to tool and process

  Your background:

  • Expertise in SAP Business Partner/Customer Master Data Maintenance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent IT and data literacy skills
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Adaptable to various time zones – APAC, EMEA, and AMERICAS
