The primary aim of the Head of P&C Services is both strategic and operational.
Strategic because he/she will be the company's face to the customer of P&C Services and will be the key resource of the company related to P&C topics-- able to build relationships with key customers (ex: P&C managers and managing directors of subsidiaries, global contacts, etc.) and give expert advice and support on what services are potential transition projects for the company. This person must have a clear understanding of what should/should not be transferred to the Shared Services but is flexible to understand how to execute this in the company's context.
Operational in a sense that he/she will ensure company's P&C Services delivery operations meets the SLAs, KPIs, internal and external regulatory requirements in an efficient, quality-driven manner using his/her Finance background.
This person should possess sound technical as well as management skills and are able to lead different P&C service delivery teams (ex: service teams covering the employee lifecycle-related processes) that are existing and yet to be developed in the future.
This person is expected to have a firm grasp of industry trends and is expected to implement improvement projects that are geared towards quality, compliance and efficiency in P&C shared services. This person often plays a key role in implementing enterprise-wide best practices to identify and manage all financial and business risks and to meet the organization's desired business and fiscal goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary contact of the company's for consultation on transfer projects for P&C Shared Services (identifying and analysing potentials).
- Be involved in the planning and execution of transition projects from other locations into the company, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations, industry best practices and the like while ensuring the transfers are done in a way that is best for the company's context in the most cost-efficient and quality-driven way.
- Responsible for overseeing and running the operations and P&C services being delivered from the company to the various subsidiaries it supports and ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met and reported out to stakeholders accordingly.
- Responsible for Strategic, Operational, and Technical Leadership for the teams composed of professionals with varied, in-depth, or niche technical knowledge and abilities, consolidating their work and ensuring its quality and accuracy, especially for reporting purposes.
- This person can establish a structured way of operating the team and to analyse data and understand the financial performance of the team to better manage his/her operations.
- Acts as the people manager for the associates and team leads delivering the service, ensuring compliance with SLAs and fulfilling the administrative tasks that go along with it.
- Improve and standardize P&C processes to enhance efficiency and the quality of work delivered.
- Address concerns of P&C counterparts and collaborate with them to effectively execute services.
- Manage strategic planning initiatives, changes, governance infrastructure and risk management

- Perform additional duties as assigned based on skills and experience.
- Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct, Internal Control System, and all subscribed standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A pioneering spirit and willingness to build, nurture and develop a young P&C Services organization.
- Bachelor's degree holder, and further studies in relevant topics are a plus.
- Proven extensive experience in a Human Resources (P&C) role, preferably in a multinational company (Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of P&C-related regulations, compliance, legal considerations and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of P&C ERP systems.
- Business English, stakeholder management and presentation skills to work in a global environment and collaborate with Director and C-level management colleagues and stakeholders.

Pay: Php200, Php250,000.00 per month
