We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Broker Netwok Manager to lead, manage and recruit brokers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership, and strategic planning.

As the Broker Netwok Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruited brokers, setting sales goals, developing strategies,

and ensuring the team meets their targets while providing exceptional service to clients.

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and maximize performance.

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure objectives are met.

Provide ongoing training and professional development to the sales team to ensure they are up-to-date on market trends, sales techniques, and legal requirements.

Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support to help agents improve and achieve their goals.

Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring that the sales team delivers excellent service and effectively manages client expectations.

Work with the sales team to generate new leads, create networking opportunities, and expand the company's client base.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, progress reports, and client interactions. Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Bachelors Degree in any field

Must be licensed sales person or broker

Minimum 3 years real estate sales managerial experience

Must Possess good communication skills both written and verbal

Strong Strategic Planning and negotiation Skills

Well versed in Digital Platforms

With proven good track record in real estate

With Pleasing Personality

We are offering completive mobilization allowance and Commission.

No Delayed Commission releasing

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
