We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work. Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the team on assigned projects and accounts.

The position holder will work closely with other analysts and will support the data team in the development of data analysis, actionable insights, recommendations and reports for assigned client accounts. What You'll DoSupporting client's data requirements on all data-driven marketing activity

Preparing and processing data analytics for client's marketing campaigns

Conducting pre and post campaign evaluations, including web analytics, Marketing ROI, engagement reporting, gap analysis and insights and hypothesis development

Driving deep market and consumer insights through deep learning analytics

Assessing and reviewing database and digital platforms including quality, functionality, UX-centric usability, CRM-oriented design, and propose solutions

Taking on other assignments as assigned by the data director or head of data

Who you are

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business with focus on data analytics, preferably gained in a digital or marketing environment

Good understanding of CRM and digital marketing including social media and email marketing

Experience of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and understanding required details, such as tag management.Experience of BI / visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Dat Studio, DomoKnowledge of data science technologies such as R, Python, SQLKnowledge of Marketing Cloud platforms such as Sales, Adobe is a plus

Strong analytical and statistical understanding

High ability to read and interpret data into useful content

Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a similar qualification

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to understand written English, reply with simple English writing, and willing to learn and grow in the English-speaking environment

Excellent player as an individual as well as a positive influencer in a team. Work in collaborative environment, team-oriented, communication skills and presentation skills. *Please note work set-up is a hybrid work-set up (twice a week in our Makati office).
