Job Summary: Mixue is recruiting Operations Trainers responsible for developing and implementing store management training plans to enhance the operational capabilities and service levels of store employees. This position requires candidates to have extensive training experience and excellent communication skills to effectively impart management knowledge and skills.‎

Primary Responsibilities:

1、Training Content Development: Develop and update training materials and course content to ensure practicality and foresight. Conduct training using various methods (online, offline, practical) to improve training effectiveness.

2、Training Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate training effectiveness, collect trainee feedback, analyze training data, and continuously optimize training programs. Track post-training performance to ensure training translates into actual work capabilities.

3、Operational Management Guidance:Provide operational management guidance and support to stores, helping improve operational levels. Organize experience-sharing activities for store management, promoting excellent management practices.‎

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related fields.‎

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant training experience; experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.‎

Skills and Abilities:

1、Extensive training experience and good course development skills.

2、Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively impart knowledge and skills.

3、Familiarity with operational management models in the food and beverage industry, with hands-on experience.

4、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to adjust training programs based on actual conditions.

5、Language Skills: Fluent in English.‎

Certifications and Licenses: Certified trainer or relevant professional certifications preferred.‎

Working Conditions: Must be able to adapt to a certain frequency of travel. Able to withstand certain work pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
