About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate/Stockman to join our team at the Nagaland Emall in Naga City, Camarines Sur. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Achieving sales targets through effective product demonstrations, recommendations, and closing sales
  • Maintaining a neat and organised store environment, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively
  • Collaborating with the wider team to support inventory management, merchandising, and other store operations as needed
  • Actively participating in regular product training to stay informed about our offerings and industry trends

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or similar environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport
