  1. Act as RSK Auditor:

a. focus process and procedure both for warehouse and production VS Actual.

b. Focus on Product Audit, Inventory Related (IAR / AOC), material audit both trade and non-trade products.

  1. Spot inventory Audit on Warehouses upon instruction by the Management across RSK LVM.

  2. Helps VP Operation for collation and creation of summary reports of all Warehouses across LVM.

  3. Monitoring of Accomplishment Reports for RSK – LVM. (Warehouse and Production Department).

  4. Assessing current Warehouse / Manufacturing Process and propose improvements.

  5. Collation of Monthly Inventory Report from RSK LVM Warehouses and see to it that, validated already prior forwarding to Corp. Plan team c/o Raymon.

  6. Monitoring of Accomplishment Reports for RSK – LVM. (Warehouse and Production Department).

  7. Helps in designing efficient production processes and workflows in coordination with current Business Process Specialist per Business Unit and subject for Management Approval.

  8. Ensures that work processes are safe and address safety issues and concerns.

  9. Generates process documentation and reports.

  10. Performs task that may be assigned from time to time.
