DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Check daily sales load requirements based on Bulk Delivery System (BDS) plan assigned by Territory Development Salesman (TDS) and ADS-Booking approved by District Sales Manager.
  • Check and review BDS plan per dealer assigned to him and implement timely and efficient delivery and collection.
  • Monitors fulls and empties inventory for each dealer assigned in his territory.
  • Maintains regular and efficient servicing to all dealers assigned to him.
  • Prepares, reviews and analyzes his daily sales operations monitor.
  • Remits all sales revenues and ensure zero route shortage.
  • Observe and comply with all sales policies, processes and procedures on sorting, Route Shortages, Salesman's Daily Deals Report, shakedown, etc.
  • Submits immediately to his superior all current competitors' activities within 24 hours in his assigned territories.
  • Supervises and trains his helper (SA2).
  • Conducts daily BLOWBAGA/truck cleaning for his route truck and reports regularly route truck trouble.
  • Drives defensively and reports immediately any vehicular accidents if any, to immediate superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php700.00 per day
