Job Overview:

We are currently seeking aSr. Planning Engineer (Electrical) with a strong background in Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial Projects.This role plays a critical part in planning and scheduling construction works, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and site delivery teams.

You'll lead scheduling efforts using Primavera P6, develop baseline programs, and conduct in-depth progress tracking and delay analysis—especially across Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial Projects scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Conducting forensic schedule analysis to identify causes of delay and disruption
• Preparing and submitting EOT (Extension of Time) claims and mitigation plans
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to track progress
• Identifying critical paths, risks, and opportunities, and advising on resolutions
• Producing detailed reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules
• Ensuring all planning documentation aligns with project scope and contract requirements
• Attending key meetings and providing timely, data-driven schedule updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 7–10 years' experience in planning and scheduling within electrical construction or renewable energy projects (substations, BESS, HV/LV, solar, wind, etc.).( preferably, if available, as this experience will be considered an advantage.)
• Exceptionally strong capability in Primavera P6, including development of Level 3–4 schedules, baselining, resource ManHrs, Material, progress measurement, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, lookups and data analysis).
• Proficiency in PB systems, including setup, reporting and integration of planning and cost data.(Advantage)
• Experience with progress tracking, forecasting, earned value and construction performance reporting.
• Ability to interpret drawings, IFC packages, procurement schedules and translate them into detailed planning deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, critical path activities and propose mitigation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, supervisors and site teams.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across different projects.
• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM)
