Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Segmentation Analyst
to support our internal teams through accurate reporting, yield analysis, and data management. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in report creation, performance tracking, and identifying discrepancies within large data sets. You will play a key role in helping the business make informed decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal stakeholders with data insights, performance updates, and reporting needs.
  • Create and maintain regular reports to monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze yield trends and performance across segments to identify growth or optimization opportunities.
  • Identify and investigate data discrepancies in reports and dashboards.
  • Process, manage, and organize large datasets efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Use tools such as Excel and Tableau to prepare reports and visual dashboards.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 2–3 years of experience in an analyst or reporting-focused role.
  • Strong experience in report creation and performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to identify data inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
  • Experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization tools).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for internal collaboration.
