Role Summary

The Internal Audit Supervisor I oversees and mentors junior auditors during on‑site audit fieldwork across various audit types — including financial, compliance, operations, IT, sales, trade investment, and special audits. You will support senior audit leaders (Audit Supervisor II/III) by ensuring audit engagements are completed according to approved work programs and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

Trade Investment Audit

  • Assist in developing engagement plans and assigning auditors.
  • Review audit programs and monitor progress per customer account.
  • Supervise auditors from planning through reporting.
  • Review working papers and draft reports for accuracy.
  • Communicate with audit clients and provide regular status updates.
  • Coach and evaluate junior staff performance.

Sales Audit

  • Support preparation of sales audit plans and team assignments.
  • Ensure audit fieldwork and reporting are completed on time.
  • Review findings and recommendations with clients.
  • Communicate engagement status to supervisors.
  • Encourage process improvements and professional development.

Business & Corporate Unit Audits (Financial, Compliance, Operations, Special)

  • Supervise junior auditors on various audits of differing complexity.
  • Review draft reports for organization and clarity.
  • Execute individual audit tasks as needed.
  • Provide coaching and resolve audit concerns with clients.
  • Identify areas for process improvement across business units.

IT Audit

  • Plan and execute IT audit activities (IT General Controls and Business Process Reviews).
  • Liaise on audit schedules and assess key IT risk areas.
  • Ensure quality audit deliverables and documentation.
  • Mentor junior auditors in IT audit tasks.
  • Identify enhancements in systems and information security.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • CPA license preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in auditing, including supervisory experience.
  • Solid understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal controls.
  • Proficient in audit documentation and report writing.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
  • Fresh CPA graduates are encouraged to apply
