What You Will Do:
  • Ensures 100% attainment on moves to Inventory Goods set against Manufacturing Capacity.
  • Communicate daily with AML counterparts to inform significant Manufacturing operation issues and shipment concerns, accurate Planned Completion Dates and shipment projections. Sends reasons for weekly possible misses, status of critical devices, urgent shipments, progress of hot lots and line down situation status are also being communicated to AML counterparts.
  • Plan and generates a weekly production loading based on the requirements from the planning tools Kinaxis, availability of raw materials for review and approval of Master Schedulers and sends out to Production for loading priorities. Sends a detailed hot lot priority list to Operations, QME and Eng'g. Team for the urgent/ hot items that need to be expedited and prioritized in the Production line. Communicates with AML on the committed shipment/status of the Hot Items and informs them of any issues that affect the shipment of the Hot Items.
  • Communicates and coordinates internally with Operations, Import & Export Logistics, Assembly, QME, Engineering, OSAT and Customer Service Teams on issues and concerns related to shipment requirements.
  • Monitors and expedites lots according to schedule. Coordinates with Operations, Engineering and QME groups on lots that need to be prioritized, checks stagnating lots at WIP and inventory and expedites with various groups to keep the lots moving.
  • Have a good grasp of Oracle and its functions. Knowledgeable and familiar with the routes of products, operations and manipulation of Oracle functions. Releasing of orders, allocation of orders are all system generated. Should there be any issues encountered in Oracle that cannot be solved internally, the Planners to coordinate with the IT & Smart Manufacturing Team copying Master Schedulers.
  • Oversees and ensures that the documents being endorsed to Shipping have the correct attachments and information needed to ship the product.
  • Attends to module meetings with Operations, QME and Eng'g, Groups. Spearheads meetings with other groups as needed.
  • Provides manufacturing capacity analysis as needed. Monitors and ensures that Planned Completion Dates in Oracle are updated. Monitors and ensures that Leftover lots are being kept to a minimum.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of directly related experience
  • Knowledge in Oracle System and familiar in manufacturing set-up.
  • Must be good in oral and written communication.
  • With good leadership qualities and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
  • Shows good leadership that will direct the team to be effective and efficient personnel.
  • Has the ability to train people to be effective in all areas.
  • Excel expertise; Power BI and Tableau knowledge an advantage
  • Flexible and adaptable in all assigned tasks.
