Position Overview

The Senior Graphic Artist leads the design team in creating visual assets, marketing materials, and branding projects. This role ensures that all creative outputs are innovative, high-quality, and aligned with the company's branding standards and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and produce designs for print, digital, packaging, and event materials.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide design direction to the team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual and creative outputs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior graphic artists, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D for campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of creative requirements.
  • Prepare final artwork and coordinate with suppliers for accurate printing.
  • Maintain an organized library of design files and creative assets.
  • Research design trends and propose innovative visual solutions.
  • Review and approve final artworks before release or publication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative/graphic design, preferably in FMCG or advertising.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a creative team.
