QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL

• Checking the quality of newly-developed item samples, incoming materials, in process goods and outgoing items.

• Coordinating with the Warehouse Supervisor and Purchaser for Material-related and Finished Goods quality concerns.

• Coordinating with the Material Planner for the Toolings and Production Supplies-related quality concerns.

• Coordinating with the Production Planner and Supervisors for the Production-related quality concerns.

• Decides and discuss the immediate action to be taken for the particular material / item being affected with quality issue to eliminate or decrease its effect on the specific area.

• Supervise and coordinate with the Graphic Artist/s to check, monitor and control the layout being generated, sent for customers for approval, and / or being forwarded for Production Use.

• Line up the layout of factory card that was reported already unreliable by Production Supervisors for it to be revise by the Graphic Artist.

• Approval of the Cyrel and Die cut blade request to be purchase.

• Decides and discuss the immediate action to be taken for the particular material / item being affected with quality issue to eliminate or decrease its effect on the specific area.

• Checking the production trial and random inspection of in process goods

• Monitoring the items on the production (especially for newly-developed samples) if it has criticalities, and being coordinated with Production Planner and Supervisors.

• Coordinating with Sales and Customers for technical and quality concerns.

• Recording and Monitoring of the rejected quantity per machine from PRF.

-Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
