Duties and Responsibilities

  • Documentation of current procedures and necessary manuals in operation
  • Monitor labor and machine productivity
  • Perform process improvement projects and initiatives
  • Conduct time-and-motion study and related analysis for operations
  • Provide weekly insights that is instrumental for continuous improvement
  • Provide monthly business review reports for management
  • Assist operations in resource planning, problem solving, and productivity monitoring

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering course: Industrial, Management, Manufacturing, Mechatronics and any related field
  • With at least 1-2 years working experience involving operations, business process or project management

  • Present insights and reviews from daily operations

  • Conduct root-cause analysis to provide effective and suitable resolutions
  • Operations analysis and related technical skills
  • Perform floor observations and data gathering to provide relevant data analysis for operations
  • Conduct time-and-motion study
  • Facilities planning and design
  • Work ergonomics
  • Research and Sourcing
  • Conduct thorough research to support current and future projects and initiatives
  • Sourcing of alternative equipment, methods to increase productivity and inefficiency of operations
  • Documentation
  • Perform actual observation to document existing procedures using documentation tools: Process Map, Process Flow and other related tools
  • Support in documentation of user-guides, equipment internal manuals, training materials and other possible requirements by operations
  • Willing to do field observations and data gathering at different sites.

Work arrangement:

4 days in Carmona Cavite

1 day in Makati

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php40,000.00 per month
