Location: BGC, Taguig

Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:

  • Lead FDA product registration for all Home Care products.

  • Support the packaging development workstream for the implementation of local innovation, renovation and promotional projects for Home Care.

  • Support the Home Care packaging sustainability agenda for the Philippines.

  • Support the gross margin improvement agenda through packaging optimization projects.

  • Collaborate with the cross functional team (Marketing, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality) on landing projects on time and in full.

  • Work with Global and Cluster packaging teams on landing new packaging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Education and Relevant Experience: A degree in Science or Engineering or any relevant field,academic distinction is an advantage. At least2-5years experience in R&D or similar fields.

  • Key Skills: Project Planning and Management, Strong organization skills, Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills, Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
