About the role
As a Clinical Denials Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of professionals who are responsible for managing and resolving clinical denials for Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's operations, ensuring efficient processes, and driving successful outcomes for the company and its clients.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee a team of clinical denials specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high-quality work and team performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the team's productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness in resolving clinical denials
- Analyse data and identify trends to proactively address issues and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the clinical, operations, and client-facing teams, to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving
- Implement quality assurance measures and provide regular feedback to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize the team's performance
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within a healthcare or call centre environment
- Strong understanding of clinical denials management processes, including the ability to interpret medical records, coding, and payer policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address process improvements
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and technologies to drive informed decision-making
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
